Steps to make Bhuna Gosht:
  1. In a pot or pressure cooker add oil… heat oil and add onion… fry until light brown…
  2. Now add g.g paste and saute… now add mutton… mix well and cook until colour changes… now add all spices except garam masala… now add 1/2 cup water and tomatoes.. mix well… cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes…
  3. Now add yoghurt and cook until oil separates… now add 1.5 glass water and cook for 35 -40 minutes on low flame or until meat is done.. (you can use pressure cooker also… add 1/2 glass water and give it pressure until meat done)
  4. It's bhunna gosht so no need to make gravy very runny…now add ginger julienne and fresh coriander and green chillies… cover and cook for 2 minutes…
  5. Now dish out…. and garnish with chilli and tomato….
  6. Bhunna gosht is ready.. serve it with nan or chapati…
