I used to love mayo-based sandwiches but since I can't have that now, I found this Hung Curd Sandwich to be a great healthy alternative. Personally, I think that curd is the best way to have milk-based products. Extremely healthy, the maximum amount of calcium, and great bacteria for the stomach. Next day, open the knot and hung curd will be ready. Take the hung curd in a bowl. Add onion, red capsicum, green capsicum,carrot and coriander leaves. Add pepper powder, salt and oregano flakes.
