- Firstly take 3 boiled and grated potatoes and add 2 chopped onions,2-3 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 cup bread crums(it is made by grinding bread slices in mixer)
- Now add 1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp amchoor powder,1 tsp coriander powder and squeeze half lemon in it…….mix it with gentle hands and knead it like a dough and keep it aside
- Now take 2 tsp maida in small bowl and mix water and make a smooth and runny mixture….and take the left over bread crums in a bowl and add 1 tsp red chilli flakes,1 tsp seasoning and mix it properly
- Now grease your hands with oil and take aloo dough and make a round shape and dip it in the maida mixture
- Now roll it in bread crums and roll it again on your hands and then fry it properly until they cooked properly
- Put the toothpicks in each ball…and serve it with ketchup or mayonise…as your choice
