- Heat the tawa grease the oil on pan- put dosa batter,spread round. Bake on both sides on sim heat.now dosa is ready. Transe to a plate.
- Arrange long cut vegetables in a line one after other as shown in picture. And start rolling dosa from one side.
- Cut the rolled dosa into pieces and arrange on serving plate.sprinkle coriander and serve with tomato chilli sauce.DOSA SUSHI READY.
