- Get 5 red chillies
- Take 4 spoon Cooking oil

Instructions to make Curd Rice:
- Heat the pan and add 4 spoons of oil
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, red chillies,curry leaves. Saute till they turn golden in color
- Add cooked rice into pan. Mix it well with the above ingredients.
- Add the curd and salt as per our taste. Mix it well with a bit of water as per your taste
- Curd rice is ready
- Serve it with mango pickle
