  3. Take 2 tbsp yogurt

  8. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Prawn Karhai:
  1. First clean the prawns by water anf fry in a little amount of oil
  2. Now separate it from oil and keep aside
  3. Take oil in a pot add grind onion and ginger garlic paste. fry it then add chopped green chilli.cook till onion become translucent.
  4. Now add chopped onion and cook in medium flame till it become soften.
  5. Add black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and salt
  6. Bhunify all spices till oil appears on top.
  7. Add fried prawns on it.and cook in low flame
  8. Add green chillies (jalapinos). cover the lid. cook 5 min.then dish out
  9. Our eid dish is ready to ear. serve hot with chapati or plain rice.
