In a pan heat the oil on medium flame for 2mint than switch off the flame than Asafoetida, fenugreek seeds and carom seeds add in pan and crush it.than add amla,turmeric powder, fennel seed, red chilli powder, yellow mustard seeds powder, salt and mixed properly with spoon.mix well and keep aside for few minutes.
