  2. Drain the rice from the water, take a heavy pot or a rice cooker and place the rice with the water and let it sit for 15 minutes till the rice turns from clear to white
  3. Turn on the stove to medium heat and bring the rice to a boil (add the weed if you have it available). Lower the heat and place the lid over the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes (depends on the rice, pot, water, environmental..)
  4. Prepare the sushi vinegar. Heat the vinegar sugar and salt together till it melts. Take it off and pour into the rice pot, stir in gently.
