- Boil one cup of water and add one and a half cup Maida to that boiling water.
- Add salt to it and Knead well to make a dough, set aside for 5 minutes.
- Now clean the prawns add salt to it and shallow fry.
- Now remove the cooked prawns and cut them into very small pieces,set aside.
- Now fry the onions and chillies, keep the flame very low and add the grated cheese cubes make sure the cheese doesn't burn add pepper powder, salt and coriander lastly add the cooked prawns to it, cook for 2 minutes and keep aside.
- Now make small balls of the dough, place them on a flat surface and flatten them with the help of rolling pin
- Make small circles and add prawn mixture to all the circles, apply water to the edges and close properly.
- Now deep them in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry and serve hot.
