  3. Add boiled potatoes (Grated), boiled peas and finely chopped coriander leaves in stuffing mixture. Mash this mixture with hand. you may add spices of your choice.
  4. Also in a separate bowl, mix grated cheese, chili flax and chopped coriander. Keep this mixture on side.
  5. To make roll, heat a tawa and grease it with butter & oil properly. pour batter in center of pan and spread it evenly starting from center in circular way in clockwise direction. After one side looks cooked, flip it and apply butter. Then spread stuffing mixture with the help of spoon. Also sprinkle cheese and cook it on low flame properly.
  6. Once cheese starts to melt, roll it and cut it. Decorate with prepared cheese, chili flax and coriander mixture.
