  2. When it seems golden put kalaji..fry it few min.
  3. Then add salt,black pepper, zeera, dhara mirch,haldi
  4. Then fry it again for few min and add lemon juice..
  5. Put green chilli and cover the pan for 5 min..
  6. Kalaji is ready to serve..
