Instructions to make Curd Rice:
  1. In a bowl add rice and curd and mix well.
  2. In a pan heat oil add black mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and sauté it.
  3. Add chopped onion and salt sauté it until transparent.
  4. Now add this to curd rice bowl & mix well and keep it refrigerator for 1-2 hours until cool. Serve this chilled curd rice for summer lunch.
