- Marinate prawns with turmeric and salt.
- Fry them lightly and keep it aside.
- Now in a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and green chilli with some water. Blend it nicely.
- Now take a wok add some oil. When it's hot add chopped onions. Fry till it changes it's colour.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes away.
- Add the green paste. Fry nicely. Now add all the spices. Mix
- Add fried prawns mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot
