  2. Make ready 1 tbsp curd
Instructions to make Masala Curd:
  1. Heat the milk in a pan.
  2. The milk should be not very hot only luke warm.
  3. Take a spoon full of curd and mix it in the milk. Mix it properly, cover it and keep it at hot place for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. After 4 to 5 hours, the milk will set as curd. Now keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours for chilling.
  5. After 2 to 3 hours the curd is ready to serve. Sprinkle Black pepper powder and salt.
